EMU Undergraduate Symposium 2020
The Undergraduate Symposium celebrates the exceptional academic work of Eastern Michigan University undergraduate students, the Symposium showcases student research and creative projects. Hosted by the College of Arts & Sciences, participation is open to undergraduate students from all colleges and disciplines of EMU who have been nominated by a faculty mentor and recommended by the respective department/school.
Over 300 students from all undergraduate disciplines participate in this annual spring event. Students are mentored by EMU faculty who support the students throughout the research and presentation process.
As a donor, you provide students with opportunities to work with faculty on mentored research or creative projects throughout their EMU career. Donors allow us, through the Symposium and its related awards and needs, to create a dynamic and unique learning experience through one-on-one student/faculty partnerships. We appreciate our donors whether they provide financial contributions or partner for student professional development opportunities. Donor investment encourages EMU graduates to remain in Michigan and supply intellectual power for economic growth.
