Honor a Teacher this Teacher Appreciation Week!

Honor a Teacher that's made a difference!

Honor a Teacher!

#HonorATeacher

This school year has been challenging. But we’re getting through it, in part thanks to our amazing educators at EMU, our alumni educators, and those across the nation! Teacher Appreciation Week is May 3-7, and there is no better way to #HonorATeacher by considering a gift of any size in their name to the College of Education, to a department, program, or scholarship at EMU!

Educators, like our very own EMU alumni Stephan Hogan, CaShawnna Ramsey, and Donacal Clemons change the lives of millions of students every day—and in a year where instruction could be virtual, in-person or a mix of both, their immense work and impact have provided a much-needed sense of community and connection. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, educators across America are working hard to ensure every student has the tools they need to reach their full potential.

This year will be one for the history books. So let’s celebrate the good memories we’ve made, and the way our educators have gone above and beyond!

When making your gift on the giving page, be sure to leave the name and contact information of the person you're honoring so we can let them know!
