Business Professionals of America-Michigan Association is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to prepare high school and college students for the world of work. Our mission is to help students develop leadership, citizenship, academic, and technological skills. Through competitive events, service learning, networking, and professional development activities, we prepare students to become leaders in their chosen careers.
Michigan BPA consists of approximately 4,000 student members in more than 120 schools throughout Michigan.
Our business programs produce students who are engaged and inspired leaders who will be productive citizens in the workplace and in their communities. Through a fall professional development leadership experience, nine regional conferences, and an annual state conference students engage in leadership development training, service learning activities, and business-related competitions. We are proud that Michigan always excels by having more than 150 students win awards at our annual national conference--more than any other state association.

Michigan BPA is administered through a Michigan Department of Education grant at Eastern Michigan University.
